Ordering & Lead Times

Due to our fully automated forming lines and high-speed flexo printing setup, our standard MOQ for fully customized square-bottom or takeaway paper bags is 50,000 units per size/design. For unprinted (blank) standard sizes in stock, lower MOQs may be negotiated.

For initial orders requiring custom printing plates and die-cut molds, the lead time is approximately 20-25 days after sample approval. For repeat orders without structural or artwork changes, we can fulfill production within 10-15 days.
Customization & Printing

We utilize advanced central impression (CI) flexographic printing presses capable of printing up to 8 colors with extreme precision. We strictly use water-based, non-toxic eco-inks to ensure food safety and environmental compliance.

Absolutely. We provide two options:
1. Free Stock Samples: We can send you similar bags we've produced (you only cover the DHL/FedEx freight).
2. Custom Pre-production Sample (PPS): Made with your exact artwork and dimensions. This incurs a sampling fee, which is fully refundable once your mass production order reaches a certain volume.
Materials & Sustainability

Yes. For products requiring barrier properties (like greaseproof or waterproof bags), we replace traditional PE/PP plastic lamination with our advanced Water-Based Barrier Coating. This makes the entire bag fully recyclable and compostable without leaving microplastics.

We proudly hold strict SGS food-contact safety certifications for our virgin kraft pulp and water-based inks. Additionally, we are an FSC-certified facility, meaning we can provide responsibly sourced paper and print the FSC logo on your packaging upon request.
